Giouvetsi with ground meat
Description
A slightly different giouvetsi but extremely delicious.
What we need:
- 1.1 lbs ground meat
- 2 cups freshly grated tomato
- salt and pepper (as much as you like)
- 1 /2 cup olive oil
- one packet orzo
- 1/2 kg ground meat
- 2 cups freshly grated tomato

Serves: at least 5
How to do it:
- Place all the ingredients, except the orzo, in the baking tray or the Dutch oven.
- Cover with water.
- Put in a preheated oven at 200°C.
- When the ground meat has boiled but is still not completely ready, add the orzo.
- When the orzo is cooked, serve with the cheese of your liking.
